About the Artist

My name is Jonas.

I’m a Tennessee boy with a deep love for wild places. I am inspired by the world’s natural lines of mountain ridges, glassy waves, rocky peaks, and towering trees. Our world is made up of the intersection of these lines. I seek to draw connections between these wild places and the human experience. Through deeper connections to place we are inspired to care more, do more, and protect this amazing place we call home.

Having spent the last 10 years working as a guide taking groups on adventures across the globe, my expertise is in documentary expedition photography and videography. My passion is documenting people and their connection to landscape and place.
